Terms & ConditionsOf all preorders and sprees conducted by teewhysee:
1) You can always find us through email at teewhysee@gmail.com or the inquiry form at the <Reach Us> page. 2) Prices DO NOT always include normal postage (that do, the term "mailed" will be added behind prices. that don't, normal postage charges will be stated accordingly.) 3) Meet-ups are NOT AVAILABLE unless bulky items and/or it was a massive spree/preorder. In which case, a mass meetup will be organised and we will inform you through email & the <Status Updates> page. 4) As preorders & sprees go, full payment must be made prior to order/ receiving your item. No payment = No order. Please note that we will send out an invoice after we have received your order and update the <Status Updates> page with your name and item ordered - paid after verification of payment. *If you did not receive an invoice, we apologise if it's error on our side and we'd like you to please email to let us know. :P* 5) For sprees/preorders that a capping system is used, spree/preorder will not close until cap is reached, so if you are uncomfortable with the waiting time, please do not join. (Closing dates should be improved as this goes along.) 6) Normal waiting time after spree/preorder closes is about 1-2 weeks. Please give us 3-5 days after we have received the items to distribute and sort. 7) After payment is verified, email updates will be sent regularly (if major delays, items arrived, items sent out, *mass meetups*if applicable*) . Alternatively, please look under <Status Updates> for more specific details. Also, please keep our email address in your safe list to avoid missing updates. Thanks! 8) If your item is Out Of Stock (OOS), we will SMS/Email you immediately to cut down on unnecessary delay time. 9) Order forms must be filled out completely otherwise it will be deemed void. After order forms are submitted, invoice will be sent out within 3 days. 10) We charge the original amount for registered postage by Singpost of $2.24. Therefore if you opt for registered postage, please add $2.24 to your original amount. 11) In methods of payment, Inter-bank transfers are NOT PREFERRED because they normally take three days or more. In such an event, payment must be in before/by the time the spree/preorder closes to avoid delaying the rest of the participants. It will be grossly unfair to the rest of them, hence we seek for your understanding. If you do not have a DBS/POSB account, an ATM card nor iBanking, please have your family member or friend who does, transfer the money on your behalf. :) * If you are uncomfortable with any of our terms and conditions, please do not join our sprees/preorders. Refund Policy Refunds will be allowed in the following situations: 1) Item ordered is Out Of Stock (OOS) 2) Case-by-Case basis Please understand that refunds will very seldom be allowed nevertheless as all details will be included in each product description and it puts us in a difficult position because we are importing the items from abroad and refunding/exchanging will be a very long and cumbersome process. Rest assured we understand your privacy concerns, we are buyers of the online community as well. :) Disclaimers Due to different resolutions, colour differences, lighting effects, etc, all pictures here on teewhysee may differ from computer to computer, laptop to laptop, netbook to netbook, smartphone to smartphone, PDAs to PDAs, etc, therefore we ask for your understanding if products should differ from pictures.
